"Terrible service! They was lying that they did clean the pool ,but I have cameras and nobody was at my house….They promised to clean the filter every two weeks but they didn’t…They was always missing to clean my pool and when I went to the store they told me that they don’t have enough people to work ….Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Also they add just a little bit of everything needed and sometimes they didn’t add nothing,I was calling them back and they told me that if I want the pool to be cleaned well I have to pay extra money and buy my own stuff for cleaning….I was there 3 times in 4 weeks in nothing changed…I canceled my membership and will never , ever go again to this company."

"Terrible service. For the last three weeks their technicians have not performed a complete service, then send an email lying about having done everything. My Ring cameras capture this dishonesty. Rather than apologize, store has cancelled my contract. Trying to reach the owner or a manager to discuss but they seem to be avoiding me. Absolutely shameful business practice. Will probably contact the BBB to report the whole debacle."

"Avoid if possible. New owner needs to know how to treat long time customers! They do not! They raised the price for monthly pool service. Which was ok. Then they decided to quite the vacuum service with out notifying me. But still wants to keep same price. The owner is not workable at all! Bad business methods. Again, do not go there! So the owner replied to my comment and lied. What he said had nothing about his policies. Again, Pinch-A-Penny decided to stop vacuuming my pool and used my screen door as open.....Stay away! They are very deceiving and has no business experience on customer service. They will be out of business within 6 months, until someone tries to buy them out! A real shame!"
