"Best decision! The process was quick, smooth and un-stressful. I did my research before selecting a pool company as I was hesitant because of all the scams and horror story's that you hear. They proved to be trust worthy and professional. I cant speak enough of how courteous and professional the whole Griffin team is. My sales manager Charlie was professional, knowledgeable and always quick to respond on the thousand of questions I had. She was very patient with me. The office staff Tabitha & Owner Michelle always kept me updated on the process and always followed up quickly. Larry who is the owner was also available to me and personally followed up on my concerns and oversaw the project weekly. He is respectful and knows his business. He went above and beyond on manufacture issue that I had and resolved it quickly . His main concern was for us to be Happy with the finished product as he takes pride in his work & it shows. We love our pool. This is an amazing company & overall great people."

"We had our pool resurfaced and an old fountain opening repaired…it all turned out great and we are very happy with the look of our new pool! We did have some hiccups along the way but Michelle and Larry stayed on top of things and in the end we were satisfied customers! We went from a white pool surface (1st pic) to a blue one with blue tiles (2nd pic) and it looks gorgeous!!!"
