"Our pool was a train wreck and hadn't been resurfaced since the 1970's when it was built. We had four goals: 1. Resurface and replace the tiles 2. Replace the light 3. Build a swimout to replace the ladder and 4. Convert to a salt system. I am thrilled to say that Shoney's did the job when they said it would be done. The job was completed within their estimated time frame. All my questions were answered throughout the process. All promises were kept. This sort of integrity is of utmost importance to us. The pool is now gorgeous! The price was reasonable compared to other estimates we received. I chose them because I saw a similar job done by them in our neighborhood. Also I felt comfortable with Chad and Liz who were our contacts for the estimate and contract. Also, they paid for a leak detection company because we were loosing water. The problems were detected and solved at no extra cost to us. (We will eventually have to pay to fix the vacuum pipe as it is leaking, but that was not due to Shoney's work--it was pre-existing.) I am very grateful for their care and professionalism. I can go back to swimming daily and the pool is a beautiful showpiece that has added tremendous value to our home. p.s. Shoney's Pools has been very supportive over time. I had some questions 6 months after the work was done and they were there for me 100%. I truly appreciate their care."
