"OMG! So tonight has been my best experience ever at Lowe's. Biggest shot out to Adam! He helped me find and get questions answered about our cabinets. Then later in another part of the store he spotted me taking a rest and he offered to help us again! He even offered me a bottle of water! Amazing guy. Thank you Adam"

"My wife and I went to Lowe's to buy a dishwasher. I like Lowe's better than Home Depot. We pretty much knew what we wanted. Not just any dish washer but a Bosch. We narrowed it down to two models. I had a couple of questions. Two sales people standing over by the computer. We were the only people in this department. Neither person came over to see if we needed help. Other people came into the department they went up to them. Maybe it was the way I looked, I have long hair and was wearing a sleeveless tee shirt and sweatpants. 30 minutes I waited to see if anyone would come over....nothing. We left the East 40 Lowe's drove across town to Home Depot and bought the dishwasher. They were very helpful. I paid around $1000 after tax. Paid cash. I am starting to rethink how much I use to like Lowe's."

"Went to Lowe’s in Silver Springs last night to get some hardboard and have them cut for a home improvement project. It was going on 5 pm at the time and when we asked the lumber associate about cutting the board he stated that it couldn’t be done. Even showed my wife the little matrix of things that can’t be cut when did NOT specify hardboard. He stated “believe you me” that it can’t be done and the saw dust makes the floor slippery and then proceeds to show us board that can be cut as he made his way to clock out for the day. Eventually the night shift associate arrived and seems perplexed on why hardboard couldn’t be cut. He cut the boards for us and we were appreciative for his assistance and the results of the cuts. I added a photo of the sign above the cutting station."

"During my recent visit to the Lowe's located at 4600 E. Silver Springs Boulevard in Ocala, Florida, I had to make a quick return which unfortunately turned out to be difficult. The person at the returns counter was not very helpful, and the process took much longer than I expected. However, Ashley from the Flooring department was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, I asked three or four other employees for help with various things, but they did not seem interested in assisting me. It was only Ashley who went above and beyond to help me.
