"Ok, get a drink and sit back cause this is a long one... January '21 we went to the Pensacola Tuff Shed and spoke with Pat Kane. We discussed what we wanted and he built it on his computer and showed us what it would look like. After a few modifications we had what we wanted and signed on the dotted line. We had to get another company to build the foundation for this project. It was a 20'x24' building, basically a 2 car garage. So we hired the wrong company to build it and it was 16 inched out of square ( I know this because Tuff Shed's Installer, Josh came out to put the building up and had to leave because he could not build on what we had). We had paid the shed off with Tuff Sheds within a couple of months but it took 2 years and an attorney to get the old concrete company to start the demolition of the old pad and build a new one which they never finished. We had to hire another company to come out and fix the form and pour it properly but finally we had a foundation. (Thats a whole other nightmare) The point is that even though it was not our fault or Tuff Sheds fault about the foundation, they held on to our shed at their warehouse in Mobile all that time! Almost two years! And ever so often we would get an email from them for an update on the pad so they could install it. When the pad was complete, they jump on it and we finally have our shed the way its supposed to be. The same installer, Josh came out and made sure that EVERY SINGLE DETAIL was done right! I cannot say enough good things about the way we were treated with the Tuff Sheds in Pensacola!"

"The only good part about my experience was dealing with the salesperson Patrick. Everything else has been a disaster. I originally went with Tuff Shed since they would complete the build in one day. It’s been one month since the build date and it is still not complete. I could have built a shed myself for half the price and better quality. The structure was put up in one day but the doors were not installed since they were broken at the plant. The doors were delivered later on that week but it took another 2 weeks to finally get someone to install them. They stapled roofing felt over the door opening before the install. They left the siding scared up from all the staples and nails used to secure roofing felt. They later installed the 3.5” trim around the door and left all the staples and nails exposed. To remedy the matter, they sent someone to install a wider trim to cover up the damage left by all the staples. The trim wasn’t completely painted and it looked like it was installed by a true armature. Also, if you like the look of a sagging roof then they got you covered. The pictures attached showcase their poor quality. This has been a horrible experience and I hope no one else has to deal with nonsense."
