"This was a great experience from beginning to end. They were truthful about the length of time it would take to order the windows and they showed up as soon as they were received. They weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive. Zach and Wayne were the best sub contractors. They were courteous and professional! They cleaned up every day and did a fantastic job! We have added a lot of square footage for not a lot of money. It was installed just in time for Christmas. Our dogs love it too as we had a pet door installed for them to come and go. We are completely satisfied with the job and are loving our new sunroom!"

"This company subcontracts all work out!!! Nothing illegal here just the people of Baldwin county deserve to know the truth about who is doing their project. The salesmen have no experience in this industry other than slapping a big price tag on project…so no matter what they tell you they have no physical experience in building anything so they can’t tell you what actually can be done!! The subcontractors they have found are a great group of guys but southern patio and screen is nothing but a middle man with over priced products. Attached are a few pictures from their page that I personally built that they as a company are trying to take personal credit for they even had the audacity to put my work on their flyer those are my handy work none of their pictures are of anything southern patio has installed…"
