"Be carefull with this Mc Donald’s if you start to buy and leave the lines they take (steal) your points even if you do not purchase anything.They have people in the line that do not comprehend or speak English,and communicate badly in Spanish as well….arent we in America still?????and being bilingual in Hialeah does not help anymore ,you need to learn dialects too!!! Wait ! Is Mc Donald’s an American Company or was it???"
"The tables were not properly cleaned. The fries were warm from the outside and cold when you bite in. You would assume that when consumers are paying X amount of money on a daily basis. That the restaurant would make sure to maintain a line of fresh food. Or when you advertise table service but yet we have to get up and look for our own food."
"I’m never one to leave reviews much less bad ones. I understand timing and it being later at night, but I just passed by this exact McDonald’s, one of the items in my order was a cheese burger combo #7. Although it could have been late at night there is no excuse to serve a customer burgers (more than one) without the patties. I find it completely unprofessional and direspectful."
