"Perfect order online experience, our acai bowls were ready when we arrived and tasted so good! Also I was surprised to learn they have a no tipping policy, I wanted to tip because employees were so nice and food prepared so well. We will be back to try that new spinach feta breakfast wrap!"

"This location completely lacks sense of time and respect here. I ordered a smoothie bowl, they did not have the flavor I wanted. I'm a pretty go with the flow person so I told them it's okay to just give me whatever they choose of the other flavors since I couldn't see the menu anymore to be pickier. He tells me they are making my bowl and it would just be a few more minutes. The line was long so as a courtesy to the other patrons and cashier, I told him I would come inside so that he could help the others. Well In return for my courtesy his manager who was supposed to already be making my smoothie bowl anyway, then proceeds to make me wait 15 minutes on top of the 10 I already waited for the bowl. I watched them all looking at me waiting, while they proceeded to do all the other orders that came after mine even though I had already been there for way longer than I should have making me the last to leave. Smh, everyday I understand why people are so hard on some fast food workers because when you're not they do things like this. Do better guys."

"As much as we love tropical smoothie, this is by far one of the worst we have ever been to. Any time we attempt to online order (at least 4 occasions) our order has been incorrect. Cheese quesadillas without chicken requested by added anyways, mocha madness smoothies with peanut butter requested but banana added instead, chicken chipotle flatbread without Romain and tomatoes but other items randomly missing. Overall the quality of ordered items is anything but acceptable. And on numerous occasions promised fixes yet even those were incorrect. This location is amazing and the chain is amazing but this locations quality control leaves loads to be desired. I would go out of my way to find another location before returning at this point. We’ve given chances to work out kinks, at this point it’s poor service. Edit: 8 month update. The quality and service is still terrible. Food is never ready when the smoothies are, it’ll be a fruit drink by the time the food is done. Even so much as ordering a pesto flatbread and receiving a chicken bacon ranch inside of a pesto labeled wrapper."

"Delicious and Health conscious fast food options. Have tried some wraps and quesadillas alongside the sweet potato and kale salad sides. The portions aren’t the largest but definitely a healthier food option when on the run. Service was to be expected, quick conversation and on to the next."

"First of all, the environment was great, great price and various options to choose from (smoothies, wrap & quesadillas, sandwishes & salad, flatbreads and kids meal). I was surprised at how facily good and cozy this cafe was. If you haven't been to Tropical Smoothie DeLans you need to go! (Dine-in or Drive thru). Overall, great location and will be returning!!!"
