"This place is consistently missing the mark. Frequently out of ice and putting out incorrect orders. On our most recent trip, we got most of our food at the drive through window and were placed in the hold parking spot for the rest (where we checked for accuracy). 10 minutes later I had to go inside to find our order had been forgotten about. (To which when the woman came back didn't communicate anything back to me...just took the next person's order). When we got home, we found a standard item count check was insufficient. One of the boxes were full of chicken nuggets instead of the Big Mac it was supposed to contain, and one of our two happy meals (which were identical)...weren't made to order. Top that off with the cold fries that came with the 10+ minute wait to get the rest of our order and this was a less than pleasant experience. I cannot give this place my business anymore and do not recommend it to anyone else."

"Now who put this in my bag are you serious y'all really sending out hard a** dry a** hash browns like Fr would you eat this rock smfh the lady in back drive through perfect no issues lady at the window perfect no issues what I have an issue with is whoever bagged my food and placed those hashbrowns on the rack yall should have threw it out and put it on waste not sell it to a customer and someone who use to work there smfh if i was still there i would not have sent that hashbrown out at all now my daughter dont even eant to eat it bc she said its too hard!!!!!!!! Doesn't even have the potatoes in the inside it's dry"

"Recently went to the McDonald's on Woodland and Orange Camp Rd area in Deland. It seems the last few visits (we go about once a month since the service always is bad). The workers don't assist folks at the counter after the order is taken as they are too busy dealing with drive-through customer needs. I stood at the counter for over 7 minutes waiting for napkins as they did not put any in the bag at all. I had to stop the only cashier and politely ask her while she was making someone else's coffee. I guess you need to now ask for napkins and any condiments WHILE you place your order.... or else you are out of luck. Why did they stop placing napkins and condiments by the soda fountain one can only guess.... perhaps theft? The food was good and hot, and the cashier taking our order was friendly. Whoever owns this business needs to see first hand how the employees treat their customers..... or perhaps simply doesn't care anyway..... its all about profit margins only. Shame way to treat its customer base when employees are now getting over $15 an hour....."

"Drive through didn’t give me my total when I ordered. “Pull up to the first window.” I never like it when that happens. The food was fine. If you’ve ever been to a McDonald’s, you’ll get what you expect. I had a Big Breakfast with hotcakes. Breakfast is the best meal McDonald’s has."

"Today was 4th of July and when we arrived here it wasn’t busy at all. We made an order thru the drive thru and it took a long time to get our order and they didn’t even give us our soda that we paid for. We went inside to get ketchup for our fries since they didn’t put any in our bag and the employees that was inside saw us at the front and just ignored us. The manager look like she was miserable didn’t even smile or greet at all. She gave us our sauces with a sour face on. Our frappe was watery as hell and fries was cold as well. Need new employees for sure. Their service sucks. They need to be retrained or just hire a new manager"
