"Christmas Eve is usually spent with the family at my home. This year, it wasn't possible. So I went to the Feast of the Seven Fishes at Cress. The food was amazingly delicious, the atmosphere was terrific and the service was unbelievable. Clearly the best restaurant in Deland, near Daytona and possibly the best restaurant in Central Florida! Thank you for a lovely and romantic dinner with my husband!"
"Went there today for my birthday for the first time and was lucky to have the owner wait on us! Absolutely EVERYTHING was top notch the staff communicated and worked well together we sat close to the kitchen and could see how clean it was and the place was cozy warm and inviting along with everyone’s attitude there! We couldn’t have enjoyed it more! Food was so good! Thank you for making my birthday the best!"
"Amazing dining experience. This is place it’s truly a destination dining spot. We had the exotic mushrooms flat bread for appetizer and the strawberry and goat cheese salad. For entrees we had the Mediterranean fish and the Indian inspired lamb tikka masala curry. Amazing quality food, all the dishes were very tasty, excellent service."
"OK the food was so good it actually earned five stars. Appetizers and drinks came out so fast that they were cruising to a perfect score, then there was a 30 minute delay before the entrees came out so I was thinking of dropping it to a four. Then it came, my mind exploded, we all shared bites because it was ALL that good. Highly recommended, come here but come when you can just relax and take your time…fantastic food and great ambiance."
"Absolutely loved Cress! Was visiting family and wanted to find a nice restaurant around the halfway point between our two cities. We went with Cress based off the review photos alone and we were not disappointed! Everything was amazing. We made dinner reservations the day before and had a table waiting for us when we arrived. Every staff member we interacted with was so pleasant. They even brought over a sample of port wine with a candle when they heard we were celebrating my birthday. The restaurant is so cute and the music selection was perfect. We’ve been telling all of our friends about our amazing experience and we definitely plan on returning!"
