"This review is shared without any external influence or compensation, reflecting sincere experiences at Seven Brew in Orange City. Seven Brew excels in offering high-quality coffee and Shopbrew energy drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, including those with service animals, evidenced by their thoughtful complimentary pup cup treats. The service is generally efficient and commendable. However, we've encountered issues specifically related to the advertised 50% discount for on-duty first responders, a policy that, in principle, is highly commendable. My professional partner, who is actively serving in law enforcement, has faced undue challenges in availing of this discount. Despite being in full uniform, she was subjected to uncomfortable and unnecessary questioning by some staff members regarding her on-duty status. This not only questioned her integrity but also created an unwelcoming atmosphere during our visits. Efforts to seek clarity on the discount policy, especially for those in plain clothes or non-class A uniform, have been met with inconsistent enforcement and explanations. Despite assurances that a badge presentation suffices for the discount, this has not been our experience, leading to confusion and inconsistency. While the quality of Seven Brew's offerings and the general ambiance are commendable, the inconsistent application of the first responder discount policy and the treatment experienced by my professional partner highlight areas for improvement. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the experience for all customers, particularly for those who serve our community as first responders."

"I have gotten coffee 11 times now at 7 brew and have had a great experience 10 out of 11 times within my order and experiences. In food service (especially drive through… I would give that a solid performance. The biggest opportunity on getting me into giving that full 5 stars would be having other food options as usually I want to pair my coffee and food. All and all fun, engaging staff and good coffee at a reasonable price."

"So I am obsessed with the “seven fizz” drink and have gotten it 3 or 4 times since they opened. The last two times I have been I’ve noticed that the liquid to ice ratio is absolutely criminal. I paid $4.00 for maybe 6 decent sips of my drink and it was gone before I even got home. (photo attached) Other than that I think it has a cool vibe and the employees are all pretty nice!"

"Opening day and so excited! Staff were super friendly even at 6am. There’s a huge list of syrups to choose from including more sugar free flavors than I’ve ever seen! They also understand what “a little syrup” means and don’t send you home with a bucket of sugar milk. The coffees are super affordable, less than $6 for double the size of a Starbucks Venti and not all ice either!"
