Boston Coffeehouse Drive-Thru

"My husband and I love their Frozen Mocha ( it's actually better than Starbucks), looking forward to trying out their latte and other coffee drinks! I do think that the food is a bit pricey (But then again so is McDonald's and Starbucks) but if you overlook that, their mozzarella and tomato salad is excellent as is the tuna melt. (We also tried the roast beef wrap, but that one was not our favorite.) The staff is friendly and doing everything possible to make sure that the customer is happy. We were anxiously awaiting the opening of this Boston coffee drive thru, and we have not been disappointed. This is our new go to spot and we are delighted to have them in our neighborhood! ❤️"

"VERY VERY SLOW Service (when not even busy)….takes at least 10-15 minutes for one cup of LUKEWARM coffee. Also VERY overpriced for what you get. Impossible to hear the person taking your order thru the speaker. Just a really poor customer experience there overall. The food is NOT BAD/DECENT"

"Before I write a negative review I usually try it one more time. Been here 3 times. After the first time I realized I got what was a iced coffee equivalent to fn Wendys. 99% ice 1% coffee. 2nd time I had to ask them if they can they be on the STARBUCKS standard level of ice? I mean come on man. $7 dollars for your iced latte and I paid $7 dollars for literally just ice in a cheap Wendy’s plastic cup is insane. I shouldn’t have to request for “light ice” you’re making me feel cheap as I never have to request light ice at Starbucks or even McDonalds. Let’s talk about the breakfast choices. Ive had 3 different ones each time ive went. Expecting an extraordinary breakfast if its costing almost $8 to & $10 dollars but what do you get??? An FN lunch lady breakfast in a cheap Chinese takeout styrofoam togo plate. This place is charging so much for such mediocre at best, lunch lady, sad hospital food. And if that description couldn’t sum up exactly how you feel after paying about 16 dollars for this sad depressing coffee and breakfast imagine then feeling like that but in a hospital paying hospital prices for pathetic sad lunch lady hospital food then this is exactly what it’s like. They really lost their mind. I’ve attached one photo of the “Boston breakfast biscuit”. Almost 8 dollars for this joke that is the size of JimmyDeans and weighs no more than the worthless grocery bag it was served in ***this isnt a large styrofoam plate, its smaller than your hand***"

"I was very excited for this place to open due to the main location being so busy. We love their coffee but unfortunately this place is completely different. We’ve tried it 3 times and every time the coffee is extremely bitter and does not taste good at all. Tastes like they’ve let the coffee sit on a warmer for way too long or that the iced coffee is old. Really disappointing."

"I was hoping for a sit down place inside or outside. This is strictly a drive thru or walk up. They did not have sleeves and I could not hold my coffee. Seems a little disorganized. Hopefully it will be better after they work all the kinks out. Update: Tried stopping by Sunday just before 7 and they were not open. Update: we used the drive thru today. Everything went smoothly. Large plain black coffee $4.05."
