Dunkin'

"Well I have to say I am very surprised I have went to this Dunkin' Donuts a couple times and I went and I did a mobile order went through the drive-thru and I don't know if the guy was new or whatever but he asked for my number he said a number there and I said no I'm 775 so then this girl this white girl young white girl didn't got her name but she was very rude she said oh you just have to tell him your name you know she just butted in first of all I went ahead and I said she he went ahead and he asked for a number he didn't ask for her name then she said that there was a no barbarian Cream Donuts and that's not what I ordered so the other girl she was very sweet she has a ponytail I didn't get her name either she was very super customer service but the other girl and that guy that guy didn't know what he was doing and the other girl she was just she threw her hands up like she didn't want to wait on me because I said okay so if they don't have my Donuts then I'll just get a refund and then I just don't think that I will be going there anymore and I will be telling my friends not to go there no more because that girl was very rude she needs to learn how to say good morning to people not butt in to conversation that me and the guy were having and she just needs to learn how to speak to people her customer skills are below a one... the coffee is black not much milk in my coffe and the donuts were a little hard on the outside....."

"Normally when I go to Dunkin it’s in the morning before work and they always get my order right. I went tonight before work and asked for less ice. I called to see if they could do anything and the lady was extremely rude saying “what should I do, hang up on her?” Then she proceeded to say “it’s just ice why should she get a free drink from that?” Very disappointed with how she treated me and talked to me."

"I have never been to a worse Dunkin in my life. I have given them many many chances, but every time the result is terrible. Every single time I have ordered a cold brew with cold foam it has come out like they either tried to whip skim milk or let it sit on the counter for hours despite me ordering it mere minutes before. The donuts always taste stale no matter which one I get and the coffee always has tasted rancid like it expired years ago. To top it all off, the workers at the drive thru are cold and unfriendly despite me always being kind to them and they are messy leaving the bags and cups covered in syrups that leave a mess in my car. I never had these issues with other dunkin locations. I'm disgusted."

"Would've been a 5 but cashier got our ice coffee wrong and we had to turn around and get it remade. Other than that the cashier was nice and quick"

"Update: food poisoning Coffee was made to sweet and doesn’t taste like the description. Got half of my wrap and my donut holes were tossed into an unsanitary bag vs the proper container. I also ordered ahead and still had to wait on my order."
