"Recently I went to starbucks thursday afternoon (9/14) and saturday evening (9/16). I go all the time but recently one of the baristas Andrea was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me and my Husband especially my husband. Everytime we go she has an attitude, she has no hospitality or even seems like she tries to be nice. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt assuming she had a bad day or some rude customers herself, but I go two days later and she still has this entilted attitude. At least twice a week I come here but I'm considering going elsewhere not for better food but just better quality service."

"I never write reviews but the Behavior and attitude of Mrs Andrea is completely unacceptable on multiple visits I have been given attitude despite my respectful tone towards her. Most recently after having a long order she seemed to get mad and frustrated beacuse I asked for substitutions and changes to a drink that I feel like we’re reasonable. I have never had a problem with any of your baristas until now and I have been coming here for years."

"I normally do not leave a review but today was a bit too much to go unnoticed. We arrive with 2 people in line and when it was our turn (Party of 4, we came for the fall bogo) we were told that we could not do bogo with our pumpkin cold brews because we requested sugar free vanilla syrup. (NO MODIFICATIONS ALLOWED). I replied with, "Ok, can you tell me how much sugar and calories are in a grande?" The girls response was, "No, I don't know that information." (It was not listed on the menu) She said this while looking at the line forming behind me as if she was too bothered to answer our question. We ordered and paid full price. It left us feeling like because we are trying to be somewhat in the know of our sugar intake we were being punished. pumping sugar free syrup vs regular syrup should not have been such a burden. Lastly, all the drinks were presented and made wrong. We left with what we were given as it was too long of a wait to correct and we had to get back to our jobs. I hate to say it, but we will probably make the longer drive to Mariner for our next visit."
