"We live in Brooksville and have eaten here a couple of times. I must say today has to be the worst experiences. We get in and there is only about 10 people in the entire place so you would expect good service. Well took at least 10 minutes to get our drinks. Then we have someone else come take our order. Once out of drink, I go up to the bar order another round. Waited for about 10 minutes again and had to go back and remind them. Manager stated no one got it for you and then went and got it. No apologie at all. Food comes out and no fries with the order. Yes we ordered fries with the meal. So then wait another 10 minutes for the fries to come out. Ate food was good. Manager brings out check and they charge us $7.50 for fries. So go up and talk to the manager and she's, yep, that the cost sorry. I said I added it to the meal, not as a side and says I'm the Manager so sorry. Then he manager comes to to our table and ask us to sign the check so she can close out the am crew as they were changing over to nights. Now Im still only 4 wings in and just got my fries. Then the night Manager comes over and we explain all the above. He says sorry we had a late night and we don't have servers, you have to come to the bar and get your drinks. The person that took your order hasn't worked here for over a year and should not have taken it. Well, I didn't know as a customer, we were responsible for their mistakes and had to pay for them being out late. In the end Cody the manager took the fries off but it was after a long explanation of why they do business the way they do. At the end of the day, your choice to eat here but we wok hard for our money and we will be taking to other restaurants in the area. Customer service is what drives business and this place has none."

"Great place to have a drink and enjoy company. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Food is actually excellent, especially the mozzarella sticks. Bingo on Wednesday is so fun!! Great crowd. Definitely 5stars for me."

"Totally love my first time this place is a hidden gem. So much fun had music bingo early happy hour till 7pm bartenders are amazing run the bar and tables never miss a beat. Great time this is my new stop in place on a drive by. Local favorite. People are lots of fun will go back for my new secret hide away. beautiful people that genuinely great fun people. LOVE my bartenders I'll be back."
