"It took an extremely LONG time for them to prepare and bring me my hot Mocha drink. First they made a mistake and prepared it as an iced mocha then they took twice as long correcting the error. Other than that the food was good."

"As an employee of a different McDonald's, I understand hearing and quickly taking orders can be difficult during rushes. This on the other hand, was simply inexcusable. I've gone to this location many times without much to note aside from their fries being cold and soggy, which isn't that surprising. My most recent visit however, has been AWFUL overall. I was using the mobile app for rewards and a deal and had some specificities for my cheeseburger (only pickles and lettuce with a sesame bun) and was dismissed and told to move to the next window due to the employee not hearing me well. After my order was taken properly and I was given my food, I noticed my burger had onions (I specifically said I did NOT want onions) and tasted burnt and poorly made. I went to eat my fries and noticed one of them was FULLY RAW; white, wet, and soggy. Absolutely repulsive and I couldn't finish my meal. I've told myself I wouldn't come back to this location and I feel like I will swear by it now. Do Not visit this location."

"I'm never out on this side of town. But I stopped in at this McDonald's and ordered my Usual breakfast burrito when I went to leave. I tried to grab my burrito and it was so thin. It was all burrito there was hardly any eggs and meat inside the burrito. I walked back in and I was like. What is this? This is all just a tortilla. There's barely any eggs and cheese in here and she's like. Oh, we only do one scoop here?This looks nothing like the picture she went and she grabbed me. A different one instead gave me a in a bag. I reached through the bag. Same thing she gave me another burrito. She goes. What do you want both of them? You're gonna advertise a breakfast burrito that looks big and beautiful. Don't service ones? They only have a scoop of eggs. It's called. It's false advertising. Thank you."

"Been to this McDonald's plenty of times. I always seem to have issues here. Food was not good, my crispy chicken sandwich was like 1/4 inch thick, too crispy and tastes like it has been sitting. Mine and my kids food was all wrong. The restaurant itself and the bathroom were pretty gross. Food all over the floor and restroom was gross. Then I stood at the counter for 5-7 minutes just waiting to ask for a bag to put my kids food that they couldn't eat in. Definitely unorganized and not well managed. I will be avoiding this location from now on."

"Me and my husband just came from the drive thru and not only did I have to wait over 20 minutes for my food my Fries and nuggets were refried oily and hard I am so disappointed. Oh and the ice cream machine was of course down."
