"Consistently out of flavors of ice cream. Need to update delivery apps when they run out. Delivery person had to waste their time and gas since I had to cancel order due to ice cream flavor unavailable. Not the first time!"
"Navarre location-Attempted to purchase an ice cream cake & have the gel written on the cake. The dude behind the counter literally said,’ we’re not bakers, we don’t write stuff on cakes’. I had also placed an order for a cake, they did not have it ready after 48 hours. If google allowed me rate them a ZERO, I would! This is our 2nd and final visit to this location. I would not recommend this Baskin Robbins. Operated by kids and they are lazy, unprofessional and the overall service is TERRIBLE."
"the employees were kind. ice cream was yummy. sadly our family of six was told by an employee that we weren’t allowed to move 2 extra chairs to a table due to some store policy that was never explained in depth to us. with that being said we had zero way of being allowed to eat our ice cream together inside the store. (there are only tables with 4 seats inside) it was 9 pm & our only option was outside in the cold. not to mention we had our 5 month old baby with us. not a great experience & we won’t be coming back."
"We went for some ice cream and found out they only had a few flavors. Isn’t the “31 flavors” their slogan? The customer service is definitely lacking. Decided to come back a few days later because we were told the truck would be delivering more flavors. They did have a few more to chose from but the same lack luster customer service."
