"Of course, we had pizza! The crust is one of the best I have ever had, thin! The sauce has a great flavor, and the toppings are how you want them! Mine could have had the toppings spread outwards more, but not much of an issue! Give it a try if you are in the area!!"
"I returned to NYPD and ordered the Margherita pizza with anchovies and to be honest it was nothing like the same pizza we had about 5 months ago. I am guessing that the management or pizza chef has changed. I was really looking forward to the pizza. My previous review is below. You can see the difference. The picture posted is from the visit 5 months ago. Previous review: I really liked this place. Pizzas are great. Had the Margherita with anchovies and it was really good. The beer was only $7 per pitcher during happy hour. This was my first time here. I will be back."
"I’m a New Yorker, and I appreciated the atmosphere of this place. Feels like NY! The pizza was good, the crust was like good NY dough, but the pizza as a whole is not what I would consider authentic NY pizza. We got the Bianca white pizza and the Margherita, and garlic Parmesan wings. I hate to say it, but everything lacked some flavor. True NY Margherita pizza has lots of marinara, sliced fresh mozzarella, lots of garlic and basil. This one is basically a cheese pizza with diced tomatoes and a little basil on top. No marinara, just pizza sauce. It was ok, but not the Margherita I miss! The white pizza was good, but def. could have used more garlic and ricotta. The wings were cooked well, but surprisingly lacked flavor. We covered them in parmesan. As far as pizza goes in the area, it was better than most. The crust was great and the ingredients were good, it just wasn’t the authentic NY pizza I was hoping for! I’m leaving this review because I hope my feedback is valued and I really want to come back and love this place! We will order something different next time and see how it goes. The service was excellent :)"
"Excellent pizza, garlic knots. All the other orders others were getting looked delicious as well. Staff was super friendly. Our bartender Shannon was the best. All the employees were working hard. The place was packed by 5pm. Best pizza I’ve ever had hands down. Lots of pasta options as well."
