"I wish I could put zero stars for how badly I was treated. I just went in with friends and I had to ask several times for them to fix my drink after they didn’t give me what I paid for. The cashier had the worst attitude ever."
"Customer service is awful these people seriously need to work on their attitudes and how they keep up with their hygiene. Is gross having people in a restaurant/beverage company work and make drinks with their hair down."
"First of all, every employee but one was just sitting around when we walked in. I ordered and then when my drink came I immediately knew it was missing the cold brew foam that I PAID for. When I ask if I was charged for it Ms. Laura rolls her eyes and asks another employee to “remake this girls drink, that is complaining” I wasn’t complaining I just wanted the drink that I paid for. Also not to add that the hygiene of these employees was a little worse off for a beverage service, the female that I mentioned above had her hair down and swinging all around while making drinks. Yall be careful, might not be caramel drizzle but a long piece of some baristas hair. Unsanitary and rude. Get your employees together and right. I’ll be talking with owa about these problems as well as it hasn’t happened just once but several times."
"Worst service I have ever experienced. Employee didn't care to listen to my order nor did they know their menu. Messed up my whole order. Please tell employees to put down phones and learn to listen to customers."
