But I come in and order a smoothie, the guy behind the counter has AirPods in which is completely disrespectful, the floor has water all over it. And there’s at least a 20 minute wait for smoothies. I understand there’s staffing shortages and no one wants to work. But this is not how to run a business."

"Veteran owned business, hoorah! Manager and his sister are expeditious, and efficient as well as customer centric. All others working at this location are incompetent. They seem hindered whenever a client walks in, as they rather mess around gossiping. Cannot give a recommendation, even though I'd like to Edit: As a follow on issue, I came in today and manager (owners son) did not know proper operation of smoothie king app for payment resolution. Provided opportunity and resources to solve the issue, to which he replied "this doesnt affect our business". Order was cut to 25% of original order amount in Hope's of stimulating proper training for customer service and client resolutions moving forward. Will be the last time I personally come here, but hopefully this helps someone else."
