"This place is a joke! When they first came up I joined in on all the hype, it was good……….for a while. Then items in catalog that you want were sold out, shipping went up and would show up around 2-3 weeks later. Now they are just a scam, what kind of person in the 2A community would want to represent themselves this way. I had placed an order from them on Dec 10 2023, the very last one since my subscription was to expire on Dec 28 2023. I gave them the opportunity to figure out how to resolve the order since certain items could not be shipped to me. Still nothing, order on the site states processing. It is only a $200.00 order, but I worked for it and this company will only get back to you when they want. I’m really disappointed in a lot of these US companies that have the ability to take advantage of us once they get their feet planted and start treating others like this. Especially when I served my country to stand up for the rights and the freedoms we all have."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Good luck cancelling your subscription to this scam. I have reached out by phone and email for over 8 months. This is on me for letting it drag on so long and not just canceling my card. To top it all off I didn’t even get the ammo I ordered delivered. Support never responded about that either. Buyer be warned."

"My husband placed an order for 4 items. We only received 2 around January 1st but was charged for all 4. We have emailed 6 x's with no response. We called and the automated response states to email. We are contacting our credit card company to refute the charges. This is an awful business that does not follow through. Please be wary of purchasing from them. Also, Big Daddy has awful reviews on the Better Business Bureau. This company needs shut down for fraud."

"Placed an order on Jan 6, 2024, FFL still has not received my firearms on Feb 7. I would not touch this company with a 10 foot pole. They have been unresponsive via both email and phone. I can also no longer login or cancel my membership, forcing a cancellation of my credit card. Pay the extra dollars and work with a reputable reseller."

"I have orders that have been pending for almost a year now. Not small ticket items. My inquiries were kindly responded to at first. That was 6mo ago. They have all together ignored my subsequent requests for status updates. Too many good people selling the same products willing to do just a bit more than the bare minimum. Take your money to them."
