"We had an amazing time at the white sand beach. The seashore was lined with beautiful sand dunes that we explored along the way. There were so many activities to enjoy, such as walking, jogging, playing beach volleyball, creating sand houses/forts, doing yoga/meditation, or taking your pet for a walk. We also witnessed the stunning sunrise and sunset. Our whole family loved the visit. The only downside was that it was quite chilly when we went there for our Christmas break. The temperature ranged from lower to upper 50s, and the wind was blowing at 12-15 mph. We think that the best time to visit would be either oct-nov or mar-apr, when the weather is more pleasant."

"Easy access to the beach. Awesome place for the beach. Also has a bath house in case you need a restroom. Free parking. Highly recommend."

"Update: Sept 2023. I still love it!! I will have to make this a yearly trip!! The water and sand is just beautiful! The parking lot can fill quickly but there's additional parking across the st. The restrooms and "rinse off" area are right at the parking lot. I love this beach! The sand is white and "fluffy". The water is blue and you can see to the bottom. Those are my 2 most favorite things in a beach. There was seaweed but that's too be expected. The cross walks and sidewalks are great. We will definitely be back."

"Parking is pretty decent. You just might have to circle once or wait a minute. The water is absolutely gorgeous and so clear blue green, the sand so white and fine its like a movie set but real life. The air smells amazing. Even with a lot of people, there is so much coastline that it's not hard to find a place. Life guard, full service bathrooms, and shower/foot washing area to get the sand off. I went back twice."

"Have heard of this beach numerous times. Never been. Handicapped parking next to the restroom and showers, with a nice ramp down to the Sandy beach. Probably a nightmare to push a wheelchair or stroller on the beach. Lovely white sand beach with clear blue water. It was a hot day! There are showers at the top and restrooms to clean off and even change clothes. Pelicans and gulls aplenty for bird enthusiasts. Best of all!? Parking is free and the beach is free!"
