"Coconut Kidz has a lovely line of expensive children's clothes. I purchased some for my granddaughter about a month ago and asked if I could return them if they didn't fit. When I checked out, the cashier said I could. My granddaughter lives close to Pensacola and were going to return them today. I didn't keep the receipt and called to see if there would be a problem since they had not been worn and had the original tags on them? They said they have a 14 day return policy and can't return without a receipt even though the tags were still on the clothes. The reason people shop at big box stores is easy returns if things don't fit. Big Box stores don't make it difficult at all whether you have a receipt or not. They keep up with what has been purchased on a computer. I love to shop locally, but at Coconut Kidz they make it difficult for others to purchase items if the child is not in the store to try it on. I will not be shopping there again."

"This was our first time visiting the area. The store is so cute and bright. Lots of beautiful clothes and fun toys. Our daughter wanted one of the Animaland toys. Terri, I believe was her name, was so sweet and helpful. She made sure it was stuffed just right. Our daughter was so happy, she snuggles her dolphin every night. And babe him Flip. I just wanted to thank Terri for making our visit so special :)"
