"What an absolute joke! So inconsistent! Brought some curtain rods and some other items and they say they don't take curtain rods while they are unloading 5 pieces of big furniture. So let me get this straight, you take giant pieces of furniture but not curtain rods? What a joke!"

When confronted with the situation, Ishmael's response was dismissive to the point of being outright disrespectful, essentially telling me to leave without any attempt to resolve the issue. His demeanor suggested that I was at fault for expecting the product to work as promised. Furthermore, Ishmael showed no interest in rectifying the situation, leaving me with a defective product and a feeling of being completely disregarded as a customer. This experience was not just about a faulty product, but about a level of customer service that was deeply unprofessional and unwelcoming, particularly from someone in a managerial position. Potential customers should be aware of this possibility when considering a purchase from this store."
"It's huge size of store and great location , clean good organized by items. I was looking some antique furniture. I was very happy to visit today. There is many good condition of clothing and dress as well. Do no miss this location"
"This thrift store is a thrift haven with a large interior. They have a great book collection, DVD and music area. They have a large housewares section. I was impressed by the large men's clothing section. Most thrift stores have hardly anything for guys. The clothes are sectioned off by style and size. My only drawback is the slim aisles, there were many spots where people pushed past, walked in the way, and were careless. I got annoyed by the rude behavior and had to grab my stuff and go. Apart from that the prices are super reasonable and they had a clean checkout area. Thrifty Tips: Check the sizes some of the men's sizes were mixed in the wrong size. Fitting rooms still closed."
