"What went wrong...EVERYTHING! It's hard to screw up a guaranteed sale when I walk in and tell you exactly what I want. My salesman not only didn't listen but had me waiting 2 weeks before I realized he didn't know what he was doing. Told me the set I wanted was back ordered, I was fine with that. Told me a week later he found the matching China cabinet I wanted. A week later he left a message on my VM that if I wanted the China cabinet I'd have to pick it up from his store. That made me wonder if you didn't have it on your store while I was there where did it come from? I called back to inquire and low & behold it was the wrong China cabinet and also wrong dining room set entirely. Needlesstosay my confidence in him went out the window. That same day I went to a different location and that sales woman found me everything I wanted and surprisingly the dining room set wasn't on backorder I received it a few days later and coordinated picking up the last China cabinet with a third store. This salesman whom I've been told had been there for years, truly didn't pay attention at all and in the end lost an entire commission bc of his inattentiveness. Truly a shame, hope he isn't doing this to other customers. Love my complete set that a different store found for me. Lesson that should be learned, listen to your customer or they'll will find someone else who will."
