"The outlet store was a great experience. It was our second or third visit. The sales person (can’t believe I do not remember his name) was FANTASTIC. He was super helpful in helping us chose the right glasses and took a lot of time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He built 2 pairs for us on the spot from scratch. Great choices and just the right amount of bling. Great experience."

"*Horrible Experience* I will NEVER deal with this store again. Sale was great. Helpful. Here is when the problem started. A new employee cleaned and prepared my new sunglasses. I was with my wife and children and I was asked if I wanted to wear them. I said yes. They were cleaned and a sticker was removed from the new glasses by the new employee. I paid and left wearing the glasses. As we walked out, I noticed the lenses appeared to be “cloudy” or smudged. Just thinking it was a bad cleaning, we continued our shopping until and went straight home. The glasses never left my face or were touched by anyone else. When I got home I noticed the smudge appeared to be a scratch. The next day I brought the glasses back with box and receipt and was told by another employee “You must have dropped these they are scratched up and no employee here would sell you these.” No attempt was made to make this right at all. They offered no exchange, no repair, no refund. I only wanted it replaced. I basically was excused of being a liar and left with a defective product. I’m extremely upset with this store and I would not recommend going to. If you do, triple inspect your product. Do not trust them to clean them and leave. Examine your glasses very carefully or you will end up like me. Very unprofessional Oakley."
