"I had a motorcycle accident 10 years ago causing one if my feet to essential feel number. I had bought a pair of between the toes flip flops from here and went home. After a day I realized these flip flops are extremely uncomfortable for me but like a dummy I threw out the cardboard "packaging" for the flops. After calling and explaining, manager Mariah still took the flip flops back, explained to me what would work best for me, and when checking out also gave my mother the 20% discount on a second pair for a pair she was buying. Extremely satisfied, thank you for the help!!"

"Both associates were extremely rude and condescending. Tried making me look like I had no idea what I was talking about. I had bought 2 pairs of $81 sandals at one of their other locations and needed to exchange one of them. Seeing as though the other location is an hour and 20 min away from my home I came to the closer location thinking they would be able to help me. All I wanted to do was exchange and because I got 30% of my second pair when I bought them, they wanted to give me the discounted price towards a new pair. That's not how it works. I could see if I wanted to get my money back that would make sense, however all I wanted to do was exchange. They could care less about helping me and said we can't do that, if you want the same price you have to go to the other store. Unbelievable!"
