"I used this part store in the past, and have been using it since I have been here 5 years ago. Renee helped me find a fuse for my car. It was the wrong fuse. So I went back in on a Friday to exchange the part & the sales person was rude, and crude. I walked off. I approached the young lady that was at the counter and explained to her that I just needed to exchange the part she exchanged and I mentioned it to her & she said oh that's how he is. If this is the way you train your people to handle customer service, this is not good. I will not be returning to the store anytime soon. and I spent 100's of dollars at your establishment, I'm gay and it obvious. This is not good for your establishment"
