"I actually found some lovely heart shaped trays and boxes covered with mother of pearl. So reasonably priced. They were lovely gifts to show someone they are loved."
"We went do a return, and the associate #967552 (I didn't get the name) was not very nice! She called "next in line", we went to her and I said "Hi, how are you?" She didn't even acknowledge us and was rudly smacking on gum open mouth! I feel this is just wrong! Come on, management isn't there. Policy in customer service about first off being at the very least cordial but open mouth chewing gum in customers faces! We work hard for the money we spend in your stores at least we could have a pleasant experience."
"This is our favorite Ross, and it happens to be in the city we live in. I feel obligated to leave a solid 5-star review simply because every time I shop in this store I'm welcomed with a greeting at the front door. The store is always kept clean and organized. The staff always seem to be friendly and informative, The fitting rooms are clean. I believe Larry is the manager at this location he is always productive, as well as friendly, and this man is always smiling and making sure everyone is having a great shopping experience. I sure hope that Ross takes care of this employee (Larry) as he certainly takes good care of his customers and associates."
"I absolutely love this store and the staff! I love Larry. He is always saying hello and making sure everyone is finding everything they need! This store is always clean and in order. I love finding great deals and spending less money. The only thing that constantly bothers me is where all the Ross stores place their price and size stickers on the shoes. They have the price stickers that rip apart when you peel them and instead of placing them on the bottom they put them on the soles. Every time it’s a struggle."
"Great Location. Surrounded by restaurants, banks, and many others stores. Very organized, clean and plenty of things to choose from clothing to housewares, toys, luggage... Service was fast and friendly. Would definitely shop here again."
