"Kianara in Lakeland was very helpful. She refitted my arch supports to properly fit my feet. Took her time evaluating my feet and analyzing my needs."

"Dealt with foot issues for years. I was very skeptical going in at first. After speaking with Tabb and going over the system, I was sold. So far I have noticed an improvement from the first inserts. The service was outstanding by all at this location. I’m glad I stopped in"

"After receiving medical advice from our team doctor at Webber International I decided to try what the Good Feet Store recommends for the issues I was having in my lower legs through my calves and shins. The women I met with suggested that I choose their 3 insert package and fitted me for all three of the products. At no time did she ever mention the cost of the items. When we finished and I was ready to pay, she told me it was going to be $2,000 and I felt that was very high for a college student on a budget. I was thinking maybe a couple hundred dollars. Then I asked if they had a payment plan or credit option and at no time did she say they were not refundable. Being a college student, I would have hoped that the salesperson would have been more interested in what I need and not be more interested in just making a sale and commission. After a couple of weeks, I realized the ones I was given were extremely uncomfortable and I needed to return them for a refund. The inserts were now causing me pain in my knees and hips and the pain in my legs even worse. It was obvious that they were not going to help me with my issues and why would I wear them if they were going to make me worse. When I returned to the store I met with a different woman and was told there was no refunds, and I could only do an exchange! I demanded a full refund and then was told they could give me store credit. As I college student I live on limited funds and a large expense like this without being told there was not going to be a return option is unacceptable and deceptive sales practice. I have attempted to contact the store and even texted them, but they have gone silent on me. I was surprised by the sale techniques used and the lack of full disclosure about refunds and returns and feel they should not try to pray on young college students. I have since seen my local orthopedic surgeon and I have been diagnosed with Compartment Syndrome and had surgery to alleviate my pain and issues. So, the inserts were not going to work and now I am stuck with $2000 worth of useless products and must make payments on the charge. Someone needs to make this right or I suggest you stay away from this establishment."
