"Enjoyed shopping here years ago, but wow, it is now like a giant cheap dumpy yard sale in the worst part of town. Sad."

"New Management has ruined my favorite thrift store.... For as far back as I can remember into my childhood I have been a regular patron of this establishment. My grandparents would take me there when I was little, and my dad would always go to junk shop. They have always been good for a cheap bicycle, furniture, clothes, and any odds and ends you may need. Unfortunately, it appears those days are gone. I have been in a few times in the past couple months, and left quite disheartened. The first account of which I went in looking for a couch and could not find one for under $75.(notably the cheapest one was rather shabby looking and stained) On another trip I went in looking for a beach cruiser frame and the lady simply whipped out her phone, got on Google and proceeded to tell me $55 for an old, used, rusty, DONATED bicycle!!! Now, this wouldn't burn me so much if I didn't know for a FACT that all items for sale have been DONATED, and that the staff is composed primarily of VOLUNTEERS gaining community service hours!!!! Not that I'm a religious man, either way; so much for being a CHRISTIAN organization... Now I can understand compensating for inflation, however; I believe this business will go under or trade hands again if the current business model doesn't change... It is and has always been a little junk shop on the side of the road and they could actually turn more profit by charging more reasonable prices for NO COST TO THEM DONATED ITEMS! (ae: like $25 for a bicycle and $50.00 for a couch)"

"2 stars are solely for selection. But this isn't the "honey pot" it used to be. The fact that the store had a huge sign in the window stating that their prices had not gone up is both ironic & fictitious. It's clear the new staff are trying to to market their donated merchandise as much more valuable than it used to be. I'll be looking for a new favorite."

"Everytime I go there, I find my items. Helpful friendly people. I brought small couch, 3 lamps, dresser, chest, pair of glass end tables. And a black chair. A small turntable. Camera bag. Have to look and search, lots to look at. I always go back just to see what they have."
