"Had my child's birthday party there, we had to ask constantly to bring something, there was always something missing or not enough. They never checked on our table, food took forever and they even forgot some of the food we ordered. It was a bit of a mess! Definitely need more organization."
"The staff is very nice. The manager, Ailene, is very attentive. We didn't get any food this time. I wish there were some more games for the older kids. The prices are a bit steep without a coupon. But my daughter enjoyed herself, so that's a plus!"
