"Called the day prior asking for some parts and the staff was very knowledgeable. I came in my part was ready and the staff was nice to me. They also have a big inventory available at hand. Read previous reviews and it seems some people are incompetent by nature and would rather be Karen’s then to fix the problem it seems the also wanted freebies which are detrimental to a small local Business’s, don’t let that deter you from coming there experience was not the same as mine and the same could be for you reading this, support local businesses not corporate enterprises. "Charged restocking fee on incorrect part specified by Sparky's. Went in for brake pads for my Aventon. Tech looked up part numer and sold me incorrect part. When I tried to return the part, he charged me a restocking fee for the part he specified, which didn't fit. Incompetent and unscrupulous."
"We bought a great new bike for my son while in town visiting last time from the owner and his daughter and they were awesome! On this trip my daughter’s brakes were dragging on her front tire and Richard was kind enough to fix them on the fly for us! Awesome service and some really cool e-bikes in this shop too!"
"Came in from out of town had forgotten my bicycle pump. Said hey man, can you fill my tires. Did it with a smile. Not a huge deal. But was very happy to help someone coming in that wasn't spending money. Good clean professional shop. Very professional setup service area. If I had any bike issues and I was in the area I would certainly trust them to work on my equipment. I'm a pretty good judge of character and environment"
