"I have spent so much $$ here for myself as well as my business over the years , rounding up to donate, and unfortunately, I can no longer shop at this location as they have decided to turn this goodwill into a cash cow like the ones up in Clermont. It not only hurts people who are looking for a deal due to inflation but it hurts the local community. I can't afford to round up anymore... yall going to raise the prices and charge $12 for a used candle, I will not round up, and if im going to pay those prices, I will go elsewhere ... sad, this goodwill used to feel like family. "I can usually find lightly used clothing here. On this visit I picked up two CDS and a DVD. I was pleasantly surprised to find a U2 CD I was looking for in good condition. When buying used always get the best quality available. That's what makes it a bargain. Thrifting is recycling and helps the planet and your wallet."
"Prices have gone up no issue. But with opening the online goodwill website it now makes you all keep anything of value in the back. So instead of helping the community you all sell items given to you for free for eBay prices. It stinks that nothing good is put out anymore and that goodwill has become greedy. Besides everything bad you have mostly nice staff."
"These mfs with audacity of being as slow as they are every time at the registers with the stupidly expensive prices & then asking me to donate on top the shill bidded items is legitimately as much on the spectrum as they people the support.
