"Middle aged cashier was rude when I asked for the free towel. The sign in the store stated if you spent over $75 you could pick one out. She blatantly said well they are all gone. I asked what are you doing to replace that and she said nothing that can happen. She then turned away from us as if we didn’t spend a 1.00. We paid $161.00 and was treated like second class citizens because we asked a simple question. She needs to take a class on customer service and at least put a smile on her face dealing with paying patrons."

"The store is clean, well-lit, and the staff is super friendly! I popped in for a UV protectant shirt and Maria pointed us right to it. She explained the different styles, colors, and showed us what to look for to make sure the shirt provided what we needed. She even informed us of the in-store promotions on the shirt. Very pleased! Will be back."

"Good place to shop, a little on the expensive side, but you find stuff there that you find only at Bealls, but much more of here. It's all about Salt Life. Everything they have is about that. I'm fine with that. It's just fun to browse and buy something that you most likely don't have. Recommended!"

"Big fan of Salt Life products. Outlet has a great selection. Staff could definitely use Customer Service Training. Purchased a v-neck long sleeve tee, definitely did not realize it had a cigarette size hole untill I actually put the shirt on. Did not have receipt, or shirt tags. They said no return, no exchange (which is understandable, if item didn't have a hole). Have never had problem with Salt Life products purchased elsewhere. Finally one employee let me exchange it for same shirt. Guess what I'm trying to say, if you purchase items from the outlet check items thoroughly for damage. Don't expect Florida Hospitality!"
