"I went in for a motorcycle battery that shorted out that was a few days past its warranty, they worked with me, although they couldnt do a gree exchange (I understand policy is policy) I happily bought a new battery from there and made me feel comfortable there. Staff is friendly, 1 guy in particular there, Gil. Seems to be very knowledgeable about his stuff. It's the store I use when I need anything and ask for Gils assistance when I can."

"When I visited this location, I was greeted by Joe Cobiella who is the General Manager. He was very compassionate and understanding of our situation. We walked in about an hour before closing and he went above and beyond to assist us with a bad battery. It belonged to my brother who had recently passed away. My brother was currently living in Clewiston and was a regular at this Advance store. Joe happened to remember my brother and expressed his deepest sympathies. We were sure the battery was under warranty so he took the time to dig into the system and help us out with a new battery. It may have seemed like a small task but it definitely went a very long way and meant the world to me, his wife and brother in law as we were grieving. Thanks again for your kindness."
