"I love going to these local establishments instead of the chain restaurants. Common Grounds has fresh made breakfasts, soups, sandwiches, and desserts...as well as their famous Cafe de New Orleans. The atmosphere is great with both indoor and outdoor seating. It is located in one of the older buildings in Clewiston, which also adds personality to it. The owner, Lori, is usually there and hands-on involved to ensure all is as it should be. Great food, atmosphere , location, and staff."

"This place was pretty busy for a Thursday; had to park a block away. The food & service was great. Chicken salad on a croissant and the soup of the day, Italian meat ball , were delicious. Hugh ice tea and ….I just had to snag a homemade pumpkin muffin on the way out. I was in town for just a few hours, but had a great lunch here .Now…..can you open a “Common Grounds” in my hometown? You will like this place."
