"In general, customer service is 50/50 The one person taking care of me and my wife for the second time was very rude. We bought a few things and she was very difficult to deal with. Unfortunately we had to return 2 of the items and we wanted to exchanged them rather than return them, the same salesperson was there and after looking at what we wanted to exchanged, she decided to walk away and while we were waiting thinking she was doing the exchanged, little do we knew she never came back (after 20 minutes waiting) very bad salesperson we had to deal with for the second time, not going back to that store ever again"

"I had to exchange a pair of shoes for a different shoe and size (Christmas gift for my niece) due to Hibbett not having the size I needed. They would not let me use my Hibbett Cash/Bucks I used to purchase the first pair when I purchased the second pair of shoes. I think this is unfair since I earned them by purchasing from Hibbetts and they could see on the computer that I had used it on my original purchase. This made me feel like Hibbett was the Grinch that stole Christmas."
