"First off I DO NOT eat that. I went in for a bag of ice for the coolers. All MC Donald's sell ice. The problem in this location, is the service. It took 15 min after purchase to get a bag of ice. One is better off going to the gas station at this location."

"To fully understand my McFlurry experience I need to start with a short story. When I was 10 my 6 year old dog passed away. I had this puppy since it was born and considered her my very best friend. You can only imagine how sad this made me. Fast forward to the afternoon of January 18th 2024. I was driving north on US27 and seen McDonald's. "Oh lawd" I thought as I started to turn in with thoughts of an Oreo McFlurry dancing in my mind. I pull up and ordered, paid, and picked up said McFlurry. Service from everyone was amazing and courteous. When I pulled away I noticed right away the normal stirring spoon was missing and instead I was handed a packaged spoon. After 3 spoons and 1/2 an inch down the oreos ran out and there was only icecream to the bottom. Let's go back to my story about my puppy and how devastating that moment was for me. The McFlurry incident was more emotionally damaging to me than that day. Anyhow, if you could fix the stirry machine I'll personally come give the manager a hug. Thanks, Kenny"

"Shouldn't be posted as 24 hours if the employees are going to ignore you until you finally pull to the window for some sort of confirmation. Extremely unprofessional and waved me off rudely. Definitely not a good location if you need to stop somewhere quickly for the night"
