One of them let me into a fitting room and then not even 30 seconds later I hear here talking to her coworker about how i’m too fat for the clothes here… As I ran out of the store with tears in my eyes she said “have a nice day.” I won’t now because of her"

"They deserve no stars at all. Absolutely no customer service at all, well not for me and my kids. Today they have five people working but not one of them even thought to greet us. When we were checking out not one word said until the total was announced. I hate for people to work in a field with people but have no customer service. I went to Hollister after and thankfully was treated totally opposite."
"So, I walked in here early afternoon on a Friday. There were 3 or 4 employees in the store just talking to each other and doing nothing. When I walked in, nobody said a single word to me. They looked at me and turned around and continued their conversations. I was in there for probably 20 minutes and not one employee ever asked me if I needed anything and one female actually walked away from me when I went to look at the clothes on the table she was folding at. No one asked if I needed a fitting room. When I left, the two females were chatting away and stopped talking when I walked past and stared at me. I’m not really sure what happened to customer service, but I guess that’s what you get for hiring people who are just lazy lol"
