"Waited 15 minutes in line. Only 2 workers in the whole store. The 2 people that were customers wanted something special like ornaments or couldn't find something.... Both customers! Both cashier's left the check out counter twice, they were both back and forth to storage area and / or places in the store. When I finally got to the counter, no one said, sorry for the wait. I couldn't wait to get out of there!"
"Awesome new store. Tons of gift items, Hallmark cards, clothing and so much more. Just visited again for a sympathy card. Most places have only a few. At this store they had tons of them and they were so perfect i had trouble picking one."
"I visited with my family. We spent well over $300. My mother had a 20% coupon for her birthday. Martha was very nice and asked another sales associate if she could use it again since she had already checked out And my nephews decided they wanted some more stuff. It’s not like I was adding my entire order to hers. It was simply a few little items.The other woman was beyond rude and said absolutely not, it can only be used once. Do they know how to void a transaction? The other woman was just unbelievably awful.. I did speak to the assistant manager and she was very apologetic. I will not be returning. That is no way to treat a customer."
