"I love the clothes here. However , they have the worst customer service I have ever come across. I have spent close to $2,000 here in the last year. I dropped over $800 one afternoon. I wash all my clothes exactly according to the directions. Only one shirt has ever had the colors run the very first time I washed it. When I went back and showed them, the owner said I must have done something wrong when I washed it. I said I did according to directions and the same way I do the others, and none of my others have run. I was not offered anything. They just ignored me. The owner was rude and condescending,. I was trying to support a local business but they lost a very good customer in me. Plenty of other places seek LaLaLu. I will gladly give my business to them."
