Fancy Grooming

"They're getting a two-star rating mainly because the groomer who takes care of my cat is absolutely fantastic. However, their customer service after this last session was a real letdown. I've been using their services for three years and never had a complaint before. This time, I booked an appointment as usual for my cat – no hair cut needed because she wasn't shedding much. When they told me after the grooming had been completed that it was the regular price, I was puzzled because I didn't receive the full service. They kept insisting that the groomers had years of experience and that the service included hair trim. I kept telling the person my cat did not receive a hair trim and for that I should not be charged full price. When sharing my frustration with them, the person on the other end said "Sorry, I can not make you do the right thing"... The right thing is to charge a different price if the full service was not completed, I do not pay for a service I did not receive even for myself at my salon. Very disappointing will have to find another place to groom my cat."

"Too bad Google doesn’t allow to leave 0 stars! Fancy grooming is the worse. I would never use them again and I do not recommend anyone to use this company. Ali was our last groomer from Fancy Grooming and she was a liar. Never admitted what she did to my puppy, Thank God he was okay next day."

"I have been a client with fancy grooming for over 9 years. I have two dogs who are groomed along with other family member dogs. I hate to say that fancy grooming has lost me as a client. I had my lab who the doctor informed us will not last the year. She does not have much hair growing back but I still wanted her to be groomed to be able to have something special. I had been with this company so long and because of the multiple dogs beings groomed was always provided $20 off but of course I tip to compensate. The way I was treated today shocks me. I had both dogs groomed as usual. I paid a plus an extra $15 from my price that I had always paid which was set by the company. It took them less then 20 minutes to groom the lab and the other dog is a shipoo. After paying I was advised that I did not pay enough and was quoted $60 for the lab with no hair. I received a call from Fancy grooming. The lady was very rude and short. She advised me that it would be $75 now for the lab and $45 for the shipoo more then I had been paying for the past 9 years. $75 for a dog who has less hair then the shipoo and the shipoo is only $45 makes sense right ? After speaking with the lady and discussing the $20 discount the company provided I was advised that it will no longer be provided and these are the prices. She basically treated me like my business meant nothing and she didn’t care if I liked it or not “per management”. It’s sad to have been with a company so long and to be treated in this manner. The lack of caring, compassion and the way they treat long term clients. I would rather go elsewhere. Horrible way to do business. Clearly no one has an understanding of how much they charge since two separate people told me difference prices."

"I am very happy with the service It’s my poodle third grooming with Fancy. Raul was my groomer today he was gentle and Patient with my Lulu. The company has a open door policy. Reasonable prices. Animal lovers galore Lulu looks fantastic!!!!!"
