"Update: Villages Comfort Shoes sent me a brand new pair free of charge! Thank you so much for making this right for me!! I have bought my work shoes from them for years and they were great! The last pair I bought in March of 2022 are falling apart! I paid $175 for them. I work part-time as a hairstylist. The souls of the shoes are not solid and are made of inferior materials compared to the same shoes I purchased in the past. I have tried gluing them because I need to wear them for work, and they continue to come apart!! I am disappointed and very angry with this company and will not buy shoes from them again!!!"
