"Very unhappy with the service I received from Groomer Jessica. Jessica shaved down my Toy Poodle for no reason at all. I provided her 3 printed photos and she said she understood what I wanted. She did everything opposite of what I wanted. When I got my little girl back it almost brought tears to my eyes to see all of her beautiful curls gone. My dog did NOT have any mattes. She is a Toy Poodle - her hair is curly. I thought a proclaimed “Poodle Expert” would know how to deal with her hair! Jessica apologized for “going shorter than I wanted” and advised that the electric shaver would not go through her curls!!! That is why you scissor cut poodles!!!!! Why would you take the liberty to just shave a dog down?! I had so many photos planned for my girl including a professional one and now all of my holiday plans for my pup are ruined!!! I will never use this company’s grooming services again!"
