"Love this groomer! 20+ years experience! Highly recommend! I have a difficult dog with high anxiety when it comes to grooming. I went through three different groomers at PetSmart, and another local Carrollwood groomer, before Animal Art Salon. I won't take him anywhere else. This is the only groomer my dog runs up to (Jamie), rather then wimper and cower. Excellent customer service, communication, and quality of work. I was amazed of recent negative reviews as I recommend everyone to this groomer, and only see positive results and feedback. I was informed this appears to be a personal family matter which explains why the negative reviews have only began recently."
"Over the past 21 years, I have brought two of my fur babies to Jaime and Loren for grooming, and no one else. Four+ years ago, we moved to the southeast part of the county, but still make the 40 minute drive to Animal Art, because with all the horror stories of bad groomers I’ve heard, I don’t trust anyone else. I know my current baby (and the one before him) are (and were) safe, spoiled, and handled with big love when I leave the shop. The way your dog reacts to going to the groomer speaks volumes and mine is (and was) always totally excited to get inside...no dragging them, I am the one getting dragged inside. If you’re looking for a great place to have your pups beautified, this is it!"
"Best groomers ever! I have been taking my dogs here for 15 yrs .The groomers, Loren and Jamie , pamper your pets like they are their own! !! The salon is sooo cute with dog clothes and dog jewelry throughout the place! I have told a lot of my friends and everyone of them that tried the salon, have never gone back to their old groomer , but chose to stay with animal art !!! Great job Loren (Owner) and Jamie!!!"
