"We have been taking our mini schnauzer here for 8 years and I’m not sure if they changed ownership or management but we will not be back. We called on 06/08 to try to schedule an appointment and we were able to get in on the 18th. We arrived on time for the 9 AM appointment. We waited and waited…not going or doing anything all day in fear we would be out and have to pick him up quickly. We called at 4:30 PM and she said he wasn’t ready yet…wow. Finally we got a call right before 5:30 to come get him and the cut is horrendous. He has patches that are almost completely void of hair and areas that look untouched. We asked them to lightly trim his beard and they cut more than half of it off. They raised their prices about a year ago and told no one and had no signage stating that they would be raising prices. We showed up and had to pay more. It’s unfortunate because this place use to be so good, but they kept our dog for about 8 and half hours, the cut was terrible, and they’re more expensive. It’s a shame."

"I have taken my senior aged maltese to this pet salon for close to six months now, and felt it was time to write my observations because if I were to see anything that I didn't like, chances are I would have seen it by now. I have seen nothing but talent, kindness, and professionalism. I gave this pet salon 5 stars because I know my dog is safe. I know that they will put her needs first, and that's what matters to me above everything else. But, the salon is also clean, the prices are reasonable, and they are observing CDC guidelines during this time of covid-19. Here's a few more observations I've picked up over the months: - The owner is very kind, friendly, and compassionate toward animals. She is easy to talk to, and it is easy to do business here. - The individual groomers who work here have worked with the owner, in this pet salon, for years. This is more than a small business; it is a community, and you can feel that when you walk in. They are also friendly, caring, and professional. - They do quality work, and have the animal's best interest in mind every step of the way. My senior aged maltese is a senior. She acts like a puppy... but she is old. When I drop her off, I tell them to "do the best that you can" with her. Quite frankly, all I care about is that she is groomed for hygienic purposes (and safe). They still do an incredible job with her, and she looks amazing every time.. - They call me when she is done so that I can pick her up ASAP, and my maltese is not overly stressed when I pick her up. This means everything to me - Their hours can work for everyone. - This pet salon values family, community, animals, and people. This is the type of small business I want to support. I am very happy with this pet salon, and I am really thankful that I found them! If you are looking for a new salon or just moved to the area, I recommend them (I was not compensated in any way for this review, I just love my pup and want what is best for her when if comes to grooming services!)."
