"We made 1.5 hrs round trip to arrive at the appointment on time. But after my dog was intimidated by different stimulators for 10min, the staff told me he was not able to evaluate the dog though this was supposed to be a evaluation session. And we have to wait for another formal appointment with Pepe two weeks after. People were generally nice there but I hope to understand their methodology for training before hand. My dog was really terrified and behaved much worse then usual."
