"Refrigerator was noisy! Had to get up and unplug it! Comforter was fantastic! Room was ok but not well finished. Bad caulking in bath. Dirt under frig was terrible. Never moved it to clean I think. Furniture was good."

"Beware BED BUGS. The hotel is very old and run down. Check in process was horrible, we had to decline advertised card on one machine, slide credit card on other machine, then sign and confirm on another machine, husband was dizzy, too many machines. Please Update electronic devices. No elevators to get luggage upstairs. Had to drag 5 bags upstairs in the rain. The decor is dated, very OLD furniture in lobby and rooms really need replacing.Furniture is stuffy and smelly. Room smells like mildew. The linens are old, torn, and stained Staff can be seen smoking in rooms, near lobby, and with each other throughout the property. The smell of smoke is EVERYWHERE. Other rooms smell like dog and cat urine, at least the 4 we were shown during our stay. No phones in room. Desk clerk had to change our room 5x doors not working nor tvs. People walking around property talking loudly, smoking dope, while others are soliciting sex. Manager incompetent and looks the other way instead of addressing issues at hand when we complained. Told us this was not a 5 star hotel but every 5 minutes we can see her smoking. Leslie the chain smoker lacks business professional skills which shows abundantly; more task oriented, incompetent. Hotel Breakfast was a JOKE, dry cereal, stale muffins, and powder eggs, urghhh. The dining area was nasty and dirty. Too pricey for amount charged. Never stay again will sleep in car. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY"

"Stayed at this hotel near Gainesville recently and gotta say, it was a solid choice. The rooms were decent, clean, and comfy. But the real highlight? The front desk dude, Tyler. This guy was super chill and helpful. Made the whole check-in process a breeze and had some great local tips. Definitely made the stay more enjoyable."

"I'm giving this motel a 5 star because the staff was excellent, both the night young lady and the morning lady were very caring, friendly and efficient. Our vehicle broke down while traveling and we needed a handicap room on the 1st floor. It was nice and clean, soft bed with a tall toilet, lower side tub and hand rails. We were even offered a later check out time while we waited for our ride to the repair shop so my husband could wait comfortably. Everything in the room worked fine including the TV, we didn't use the coffee maker, mini frig, microwave, iron and ironing board but they were all available. We definitely will stay there again when our vehicle is repaired and ready to pick up. (P.S. our 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4's transmission went out after having the dry shaft replaced 2 months ago, so I give that truck a 0 star)"

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Drugged out looking people wandering around, all hallways smelled of urine and despair. Breakfast was just a waffle and a yogurt. They charged us more than what we were quoted too. Check your bill! I’m hoping they correct it as I was told they will look into it. The rating on Expedia was a lie too. This hotel shouldn’t be a dime over 50 dollars or maybe an hourly hotel really. The only good thing was the staff, all pleasant and the woman who ran the breakfast, she was so kind and hard working. They are lucky to have her!"
