"Was there this morning and there were no carts. I mentioned it to the young lady in customer service and grabbed a basket. By the time I got to the meat the basket was too heavy to carry. I saw a young man walking down the freezers isle and asked him where were the carts? He said probably outside. I told him I really needed one. He turned around went towards the front (I’m thinking he’s going to get carts). I pushed my basket on the floor with my feet. About five minutes later walked up front to see if he had retrieved the carts. I go up front and he was standing doing nothing. I asked him if he had gotten any carts he said no. I asked him for the manager, he then walked over to a register and started bagging groceries. I then asked CS to call the manager and waited a few minutes before I decided to leave and spen my money at a convenient location—PUBLIX."

"Let the buyer beware - they keep expired milk on the shelves and won’t make it right without a receipt (something Publix will do, no questions asked). I go here only to buy local milk and coffee I can’t get at Publix, and when I was sold sour milk and didn’t keep the receipt I wasn’t able to exchange. It’s kinda gross inside and never really a pleasant experience but they have the milk you otherwise would have to go all the way to Ward’s to buy."

"My experience is a mixed. I only stop there to get breakfast or lunch from time to time. Most of the team is pleasant. But the one little lady that puts out the food and sometimes behind the counter fixing plates seems to be angry all the time. Other than her, the food is good, and it's fairly quick."

"Pretty basic food shopping experience. It felt dirty and selection was not expansive. Bathroom was also dirty. Like really gross. I don’t think it was ever cleaned. Gave them an extra star for keeping a rare Norwegian brown cheese in stock. It’s the same brand that others carry but it’s still impressive. It was easy to find employees to find things."
